Café
Host home-ed meet-ups
A calm morning a week, warm welcome, space for 20 parents and their children. Your community group is where the plans get made.
Flybrite for Businesses
Cafés, forest schools, tutors, soft-play venues, farms, bookshops — home-ed parents pick carefully, and they are looking for you. Flybrite gives your business a place in the community they already use every day. One community group, direct messages from parents, and a profile that answers their questions before they ask. £10 a month, seven days free to try.
Why this works
Reach
Flybrite users are parents who are actively looking for places, people, and experiences for their children. Your business sits in the Community area they already visit — not in a feed full of ads.
Conversation
Running a forest school on Tuesdays? A crafts session mid-week? Parents can ask questions, share how it went, and message you directly. The relationship starts before they ever turn up.
Trust
Home-ed parents pick carefully. Having a profile, a description, and a community space makes you a known quantity. Less "is this legit?", more "see you Thursday."
How it works
Card required, not charged for seven days. You can cancel any time in those seven days and pay nothing.
Upload a logo. Write a description. Pick a category. Add your website and city. Two minutes.
Home-ed parents browsing the Community area can see you, click through, and join your group.
Write a welcome post, pin it at the top of your group, answer questions as they come in. Members can also message you directly.
Who is this for
Café
A calm morning a week, warm welcome, space for 20 parents and their children. Your community group is where the plans get made.
Forest school
Run a Thursday forest school? Post the theme for the week. Parents book, parents ask, parents show up.
Tutor
One-to-one Spanish, music, SEND support — whatever it is, the parents searching for it are already on Flybrite.
Soft play & venues
Home-ed families love mid-week off-peak sessions. Your community group is how they hear about yours.
Farms & experiences
Seasonal activities at the farm, animal days, harvest. A group keeps the same families coming back every term.
Resource shops
Bookshops, educational suppliers, craft shops — your group is where parents ask "what do you recommend for a five-year-old who loves dinosaurs?"

Yes. Additional groups are £5 a month each. Useful if you run, for example, a café and a separate events programme, or two branches.
Three clicks in the Manage page. No phone call, no retention flow. If you cancel, your members and messages stay with you for 30 days — so you can resume without losing your audience.
Any signed-in Flybrite parent can find and join. That is the point — discovery is what you are paying for. Private-group approval flows are on the roadmap for a later update.
No. Flybrite is not a marketplace. No money flows from families to you through the platform. The £10 a month is the only fee — what you charge parents is between you and them.
Seven days free. Three clicks to cancel. The parents are already here.
