THE BASICS
The basics
By accessing or using the Flybrite platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Flybrite provides an online platform for home educating families in the United Kingdom. The Service includes lesson planning tools, activity tracking, report generation, community features, and Flybrite AI-powered educational tools.
YOUR ACCOUNT
Your account
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions
Flybrite is a paid subscription, billed monthly at £24.99. The 7-day free trial requires no payment details. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from account settings. Prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings in three clicks — no phone call, no retention flow. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. You keep access to everything you have logged. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Share content that is harmful, abusive, or inappropriate
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
Content you create using the Service — lesson plans, activity logs, reports, notes — remains yours. The Service and its original features are owned by Flybrite Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
COMMUNITY & USER CONTENT
Community & user content
Flybrite includes community features — messages, group chats, and shared content. By using these features you agree that there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on the Flybrite platform.
Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to, content that is:
- Harassing, bullying, threatening, or abusive toward any person
- Hateful or discriminatory on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, gender, or sexual orientation
- Sexually explicit, or that sexualises or endangers a child
- Violent, or that incites violence or self-harm
- Spam, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful
Every user can report a message they find objectionable and block any user, which immediately removes that user’s content from their view. We review every report and act within 24 hours — removing offending content and ejecting users who post it. Reported content and the accounts responsible may be suspended or permanently removed without notice. By creating an account you confirm your agreement to these standards.
LIABILITY
Liability
Flybrite Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
CHANGES
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
