How do I start my free trial?

Create an account — the 7-day free trial starts automatically, no card needed. After it ends you can subscribe for £24.99 a month, cancel anytime.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

On iPhone or iPad, manage your subscription in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, or in the app under Me → Subscription → Manage billing. If you subscribed on the web, manage it at flybrite.co.uk under Account → Subscription.

How do I report or block someone in a group chat?

Press and hold any message to report it, or open a person’s profile to block them. Blocking instantly hides their messages from you, and we review every report within 24 hours.

Is my family’s data private?

Yes. Only your name, role, and shared groups are ever public. Your children’s details, photos, and records stay private to your account. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

I think something’s broken — what do I do?

Email us at [email protected] with a short description and a screenshot if you can. A real person (usually Jayne or Richard) reads every message.
