Delete your account.

You can permanently delete your Flybrite account and all associated data at any time, from inside the app or from this website. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

FROM THE APP

Delete from the Flybrite app

  1. Open Flybrite and go to the Me tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  3. Enter your password to confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

FROM THE WEB

Delete from flybrite.co.uk

  1. Sign in to your account on this website.
  2. Go to Account → Settings and scroll to the Danger zone.
  3. Choose Delete my account… and enter your password to confirm.

If you can’t sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we’ll process the deletion for you.

WHAT IS DELETED

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, for you and every child on your account:

  • Your children’s profiles, and every diary entry, moment, and observation you recorded.
  • All photos and videos, which are also erased from our file storage.
  • Voice-note transcripts, lessons, planned lessons, and generated reports.
  • Your chat messages, reactions, connections, and any partner links (a linked partner immediately loses access to your children’s records).
  • Your notification history, device push tokens, preferences, and feedback.
  • Your name, email address, and profile photo.

Any active subscription is cancelled as part of deletion, so you will not be billed again. Deletion takes effect immediately — there is no recovery window, and we cannot restore a deleted record.

WHAT IS RETAINED

What is retained, and for how long

  • A record that a deletion happened. We keep a minimal audit entry (the deletion request date and technical details of the request) so we can demonstrate compliance with UK GDPR. It contains none of your content.
  • Payment records. Invoices and transaction records are retained by our payment providers (Stripe, Apple, or Google, depending on how you subscribed) for as long as UK tax and accounting law requires. We do not hold your card details.

Everything else is deleted at the moment your request is confirmed — there is no additional retention period.
